Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment
- 50% payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Damage Deposits, if required, are refundable after inspection of rented items.

Damage Deposit
- A refundable deposit may be shown with your total.
- Deductions may be made for damages, missing items/parts, or excessive cleaning.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit or a portion of the rental fee.

Delivery & Pickup
- We deliver, set up, and pick up rented equipment at agreed times.
- Customers must ensure safe access to the event location.

Customer Responsibility
- Rented items remain the property of Jiremario Meals & Party.
- The customer is responsible for proper care, safe use, and health and safety of all users and our staff during the event.
- The customer must provide adequate water and safe electricity supply for concession machines and other equipment.
- Damage, loss of parts, or theft of any kind during the event will be the full liability of the customer.
- Children must be supervised at all times when using inflatables or in the vicinity of concession machines.
