Jiremario Meals & Party – Rental Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
- Full rental payment (including security deposit) is required at checkout to confirm your booking.
- Deposits are refundable after inspection of rented items.

Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit is shown with your total.
- Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit or a portion of the rental fee.

Delivery & Pickup
- We deliver, set up, and pick up rented equipment at agreed times.
- Customers must ensure safe access to the event location.

Customer Responsibility
- Rented items remain the property of Jiremario Meals & Party.
- The customer is responsible for proper care, safe use, and health and safety of all users and our staff during the event.
- The customer must provide adequate and safe electricity supply for concession machines and other electrical equipment.
- Damage, loss of parts, or theft of any kind during the event will be the full liability of the customer.
- Children must be supervised at all times when using inflatables or concession machines.

Liability Waiver
- Jiremario Meals & Party is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from misuse of rented equipment.
- By booking, the customer accepts full responsibility for the safety of all participants and staff.

Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return and Refund Policy

At Jiremario Meals & Party, we aim to make every event smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and refund terms before booking:

1. Cancellations

7 Days or More Before Event: Full refund of rental fees and deposits.
3–6 Days Before Event: 50% refund of rental fees; deposit may be forfeited.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Event: No refund of rental fees; deposit is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only to cancellations made within the timeframes above. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Returns of Equipment

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Damage, loss, theft, or missing parts are the full responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Delivery fees, setup fees, and staffing charges are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Catering services are non-refundable if canceled less than 72 hours before the event, due to advance food preparation costs.

5. Force Majeure

In the case of severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds may be considered.
