We accept online payments via credit or debit card through Stripe. An invoice will be sent to make the process easy and secure.

Yes, delivery fees are not included in rental cost. These fees are subject to changes without notification. 

A refundable damage deposit may be required, and this will be stated in your quotation and invoice.

We currently serve Kingston, St. Andrew, and Portmore in Jamaica. Holly Hill, Port Orange, Daytona, and Ormond Beach in Florida. 

We offer both bundled party packages and single item rentals to suit your needs.

Most rentals are for 4 hours, with the option to add extra hours for an additional fee. The time starts after setup. 

Our team will handle setup and takedown of equipment to ensure everything is safe and ready for your event. In some cases there may be an extra fee to facilitate setup and break down.  

Among other rules, inflatables must be staked down on soft ground (like grass) and not used in wind or rain.

Not on a large scale at this time in Jamaica 

We handle all cancellations and refunds in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which you may view by clicking the button below. 

For safety, inflatables cannot be used in rain or high winds. If we anticipate severe weather, we will collaborate with you to reschedule or modify your reservation.

Customers are responsible for providing safe, adequate space and electricity, as well as for the safety of all guests using the equipment. Damages, loss, or theft of items during the rental period may result in charges.
